You'll never use another balayage lightener after this one. Made with level 4 pharmaceutical grade ingredients in our lab in Italy. Lightens up to 7 levels and is ideal for hair painting. Encapsulates to prevent transfer and remain wet and working on the inside. Safe on and off the scalp (30 vol. maximum- do not use 40 vol. on the scalp).
